St. Catherine Est

This was another renovation of a fantastic building in Montreal.
Unfortunately the original condo designs as depicted had to be down-scaled due to a funding issue. It was a great project to work on and the clients were a pleasure to correspond with. I will be very happy when I can see it completed!

Parc Avenue Project

This is a transformation from an existing bank which currently hides a beautiful old red stone intricate facade into residential condos. The project has been running since 2011 but has finally been approved and will hopefully be completed before too long...

 I worked on all the drawings for submission and permit with the exception of some details which have yet to be completed.

Medical Centre in Montreal

Here are some renderings of part a shopping centre alteration into a medical centre in Decarie Square, Montreal... followed by the as built images once the project was nearing completion. I was involved thoughout the project and produced and issued all details (ceiling, entrances etc.)
