Parc Avenue Project

This is a transformation from an existing bank which currently hides a beautiful old red stone intricate facade into residential condos. The project has been running since 2011 but has finally been approved and will hopefully be completed before too long...

 I worked on all the drawings for submission and permit with the exception of some details which have yet to be completed.
